"It is a token of health and gentle characteristics when women of high thoughts and accomplishments love to sew; especially as they are never more at home with their own hearts than while so occupied." ~ Nathaniel Hawthorne

New Offerings on Simply Primitives

Happy Harvest, such a lovely time of the year!! I can feel the crispness in the air, cooler evenings, and the leaves are just starting to turn!! Just lovely!! Time for a nice cup of hot cider!! I have posted my new offerings on Simply Primitives.Curious Crow is a new pattern from The Primitive Heart.  I have always struggled with gussetts on birds...not anymore!! This pattern makes it so easy!! Thank you Catherine, no longer am I afraid of "gussets." Grab a cup of your favorite brew and take a little peek! Happy Harvest to you and yours!!

Thank you for your kind words ladies!! I have a soft spot in my heart for kitties!! Can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have a special furry friend...in fact my Himalayan will be 13 this year!! He was a Halloween baby!!
Julie, you know how crazy my life has been lately!! Crafting is my "creative" outlet..I feel at peace when I have a new project in the works!!
Angi, when I saw Maggie's pattern for the tomato pin cushions, well, I just had to make them into pumpkins....and put them in a big basket!! I love all the Harvest colors this time of the year!!
Hugs to you all!
